Christmas Delivery

Christmas Closing Hours

We will be closing for Xmas from 3pm on the 23rd December to 2nd January. Any orders made during this period will be shipped on the 3rd January.

Below are the last shipping dates to get your stuff in time for Christmas. If it’s a UK delivery we strongly recommend using first class, first class signed for or Royal Mail Special Delivery:

The UK

For UK orders we use Royal Mail – First Class, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed next working day, including Saturday). Delivery prices are calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the products you’ve ordered.

Usually delivered 1-2 working days after your order has been dispatched and your parcel should fit through your letterbox.

Royal Mail First Class Packet
(Recorded Signed For)
Usually delivered 1-2 working days after your order has been dispatched. Your parcel is trackable and will need signing for on arrival.

Royal Mail Special Delivery
This delivery option is guaranteed for next day delivery (including Saturday). Your parcel is trackable and will need signing for on arrival.

Free UK Delivery
Free UK delivery is available on orders over £20.00. If you use the free delivery shipping method your delivery will be sent when all items are available and not as separate shipments. All free UK delivery shipments usually take 2-4 business days from despatch.

We don’t deliver to PO boxes, but we’re happy to deliver to BFPO addresses. To ensure you get charged our standard UK delivery rate, make sure you select UK as the country when enter your BFPO address details into the shipping address fields.


For worldwide orders, we use Royal Mail’s Airmail and International Signed For service.

Delivery to Western European destinations is usually within 4-5 working days, Eastern European destinations within 6-7 working days and worldwide within 9-10 working days.

Delivery costs for orders shipped outside of the UK are calculated at the checkout and will depend on what has been ordered and where the item is being delivered. You will be notified at the checkout before you complete your order how much your delivery costs will be.

Please note that you may also be charged for customs charges or import duties when your delivery reaches your country and this is out of our control.


How to send it back

We are happy to offer a no quibble exchange or refund for clothing orders, as long as…

Your return reaches us within 30 days from your order despatch date.
The item(s) must be in an as new, unworn and unwashed condition, fit for resale.
Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or we have supplied the wrong item.

PLEASE NOTE: Media purchases (DVDs, CDs or digital downloads) cannot be returned unless faulty.

To return an item, please package up your item carefully with a note with your name, address and order no. and whether you would like a refund or which item (stating colour and size) you would like to exchange it for and post it to:

We highly recommend you use a signed for delivery service that insures you for the goods such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. A proof of posting receipt is not proof that we have received it.

As soon as we receive your returned item we will organise the exchange or refund and email you to let you know that this has been done.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s) by post to the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to us using the returns procedure above.
